Starting with the collection 2014 SUPERIOR offers extended 3-year (resp. 5-year) warranty on bicycle frames. The extended frame warranty applies only for frames in the 2014 collection and on wards.

The 3-year warranty is free of charge. It is contracted by proof of purchase and bike details will be on your invoice and we keep a record.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear,
• Improper assembly,
• Improper follow-up maintenance,
• Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for, or compatible with, the bicycle as sold,
• Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect,
• Labor charges for part replacement or changeover,

For Warranty:

• You will need to contact the dealer you brought your bike from for inspection.
• You will need your proof of purchase. (Can not be carried over to new owner)
• Your bike must have been assembled by a qualified mechanic.
• 1st service been carried out.
• The bike has been used as designed.
• Any modification done by qualified mechanic.
• They may be a charge to swap over frame and any parts required (Cables) or any worn parts. 

If you can't contact your supplier:

• If you are sending photos, high quality close ups and frame number.
• We will give you a quote first for swapping frame over.
• Any return postage is payable by the buyer
